Orders, Shipping & Returns
What are your processing and shipping timeframes?
Processing times depend on the type of product ordered:
Edge control, hair oil, and other in-stock products: 1–5 business days
Ready-to-Ship wigs: 1–5 business days
Pre-Order wigs: Approximately 10–15 business days before shipment
Once shipped, U.S. orders generally arrive within an additional 3–5 business days through USPS.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. Please review our full Shipping Policy for additional information.
What is the difference between Ready to Ship and Pre-Order?
Ready-to-Ship wigs are currently in stock and available for faster processing.
Pre-Order wigs are not currently in stock and must be received, inspected, prepared, and packaged before being shipped to the customer.
The availability type will be clearly stated on the product page.
How will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been packaged and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes are not guaranteed after processing has begun.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost required to resend the package.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of our products, all BBeauty Source sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for wigs, edge control, hair oil, or other beauty products.
Please carefully review all product information and selections before completing your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed. Ready-to-ship and in-stock orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
Pre-order wigs cannot be canceled after the cancellation period or once fulfillment has begun.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Please email bbeautysource@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your full name, order number, a description of the issue, clear photos or videos of the product, and a photo of the packaging and shipping label.
The product must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered while the claim is reviewed.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available depending on the destination.
Delivery generally takes approximately 1–3 weeks after shipment, depending on the destination, customs process, and shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or additional fees charged by their country.
Half Wigs
What is a half wig?
A half wig is a glueless wig that covers most of the head while leaving a small portion of your natural hair out for blending.
Half wigs provide quick length, volume, and versatility without lace, glue, or a traditional wig installation.
Do the wigs arrive pre-washed and curl-defined?
Yes. Every BBeauty Source Half Wig is carefully inspected, pre-washed, conditioned, and curl-defined before shipment.
The curls may become slightly compressed during packaging. Lightly mist, fluff, or scrunch the hair after unpacking to refresh the curl pattern.
Can the hair be colored or heat-styled?
Yes. The wigs are made with virgin human hair and can be heat-styled, lightened, and colored.
Professional coloring services and a strand test are strongly recommended. Chemical processing and excessive heat may affect the curl pattern and lifespan of the hair.
How long can the hair last?
With proper care, BBeauty Source hair may remain wearable for approximately 2–3 years.
Results vary depending on wear frequency, maintenance, heat styling, chemical processing, and the products used.
Should I remove my half wig at night?
Yes. Removing your wig before sleeping helps protect your natural hair, reduce tangling, preserve the curl pattern, and extend the life of the wig.
Store the unit inside the included satin bag when it is not being worn.

Edge Control & Hair Oil
What hair types can use BBeauty Source Edge Control?
BBeauty Source Edge Control is designed for a variety of hair types and textures, including natural, curly, coily, and relaxed hair.
Results may vary depending on hair texture, application method, weather, and product buildup.
What is the best way to apply the edge control?
Apply a small amount to clean, dry, or lightly dampened edges.
Smooth using your fingertips or an edge brush, then style as desired. Begin with a small amount and add more only when needed.
For additional hold, tie the area down briefly with a scarf.
How should I use the Strengthen & Shine Hair Oil?
Apply a small amount directly to the scalp or hair as needed.
Gently massage it into the scalp or distribute it through the hair. Avoid excessive application, especially on wigs and curly hairstyles, because too much oil may weigh down the hair.
