Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BBeauty Source. Please review our processing, fulfillment, and delivery timeframes before placing your order.

All timeframes are calculated in business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing and fulfillment timeframes are separate from the carrier’s delivery timeframe.

Edge Control, Hair Oil, and Other In-Stock Products

In-stock BBeauty Source products are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has shipped, U.S. delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 business days through USPS. Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by BBeauty Source.

Ready-to-Ship Wigs

Wigs marked Ready to Ship are currently in stock and are processed within 1–5 business days after your order is placed.

Once shipped, U.S. delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 business days through USPS.

Ready-to-ship availability is limited and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pre-Order Wigs

Wigs marked Pre-Order are not currently available for immediate shipment. After your order is placed, the wig must be received by BBeauty Source, inspected, prepared, and packaged before it can be shipped to you.

Please allow approximately 10–15 business days for pre-order fulfillment before shipment.

Once your pre-order has shipped, U.S. delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days through USPS.

The pre-order fulfillment timeframe does not include the carrier’s delivery timeframe. Unexpected vendor, customs, holiday, weather, or carrier delays may occasionally affect the estimated fulfillment date.

Orders Containing Multiple Products

Orders containing both in-stock products and pre-order wigs will be shipped together once all items are ready.

The longest fulfillment timeframe in the order will apply to the entire order. To receive in-stock products sooner, please place them in a separate order from pre-order items.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

An order confirmation email will be sent after your order has been successfully placed.

You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been packaged and transferred to the carrier.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been transferred to USPS or another shipping carrier, BBeauty Source does not control the carrier’s delivery schedule.

BBeauty Source is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, holidays, service interruptions, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control. However, we will assist customers with available tracking information and carrier-related concerns when possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been placed.

If an order is returned to BBeauty Source because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

International Shipping

International orders are processed according to the applicable product timeframe listed above.

After shipment, international delivery may take approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination, customs process, and shipping carrier.

International delivery estimates do not include possible customs delays.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or additional fees charged by their country.

BBeauty Source does not control or collect these charges. Customers are responsible for reviewing their country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

Refunds will not be issued for orders refused because of unpaid customs fees or packages that cannot be delivered due to the customer’s failure to comply with local import requirements.
