Return and Refund Policy
Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of our products, all BBeauty Source sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wigs, edge control, hair oil, or other beauty products.
Please carefully review all product descriptions, textures, lengths, colors, quantities, fulfillment timeframes, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed. Ready-to-ship and in-stock orders cannot be canceled once processing or fulfillment has begun.
Pre-order wig purchases cannot be canceled after the 24-hour cancellation period or once fulfillment has begun.
To request a cancellation, email bbeautysource@gmail.com with your full name and order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bbeautysource@gmail.com.
Your email must include:
- Your full name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- A photo of the packaging and shipping label
The product must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original packaging included.
Once your claim has been reviewed, BBeauty Source will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund. Please do not return any products without receiving return instructions from us first.
Customer Selection Errors
BBeauty Source is not responsible when a customer selects the wrong product, texture, length, color, quantity, or shipping address.
Orders will not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund because of a change of mind or an incorrect selection made during checkout.
Approved Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was incorrect or arrived damaged due to an error by BBeauty Source.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post an approved refund.
