Curly hair is measured while fully stretched and will appear shorter in its natural curled state. Curl pattern and shrinkage may vary slightly depending on length and maintenance.

Gently detangle the hair from the ends upward using your fingers or a wide-tooth comb.

Wash with moisturizing, sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Deep condition as needed to help maintain softness and curl definition.

Apply water and a lightweight leave-in conditioner or curl-defining product in sections. Avoid using excessive or heavy products, as they may weigh down the curls and cause buildup.

Allow the wig to air-dry completely or diffuse whenever possible. Do not aggressively brush or comb the hair while dry.

Remove the wig before sleeping and store it inside the included satin bag when it is not being worn.

After unpacking, lightly mist, separate, fluff, or scrunch the curls to refresh any areas compressed during shipping.

For best results, we recommend having all bleaching, lifting, and coloring services completed by a licensed professional. Always perform a strand test before processing the entire wig.

Chemical processing and excessive heat may affect the curl pattern, softness, shedding, and overall lifespan of the hair.

With consistent care, these units can remain wearable for approximately 2–3 years. Results may vary based on wear frequency, maintenance, products used, heat styling, and chemical processing.

To help extend the lifespan of your wig, remove it before sleeping, detangle gently, minimize excessive heat, and store it inside the included satin bag when not in use.

Wigs marked Ready to Ship are currently in stock and are processed within 1–5 business days.

Wigs marked Pre-Order require approximately 10–15 business days for fulfillment before shipment. This timeframe includes receiving, inspecting, washing, conditioning, curl-defining, fully drying, and packaging your wig.

Once shipped, U.S. delivery generally takes an additional 3–5 business days through USPS.
